    Plug in the hub, open the app and follow along: join your Wi-Fi, pick your tank and enter today's level.

    Fit the sensor

    The app shows a short video for your tank. Wipe the lid, stick the plate down and twist the sensor in.

Will it fit my tank?

Levly fits plastic domestic heating-oil tanks, including bunded tanks. It mounts with the adhesive plate under the bund lid, or in your tank's existing gauge hole with the adapter in the box. Steel tanks aren't supported yet.

I'm replacing a Watchman or Apollo. Can I use the same hole?

Yes. The adapter in the box fits the hole left by an old Watchman or Apollo gauge, so there's nothing new to drill.

Can I check it when I'm away from home?

Yes. The hub sends each reading to the app over your home Wi-Fi, so you can see your level, days left and any alerts from anywhere.

Are there any fees or subscriptions?

No. The hub, the app, alerts and your history are all included, with no monthly fee.

How do I know the reading is right?

When you set Levly up, you pick your tank and enter today's level from a dipstick or your old gauge, so readings start from a number you trust. The hub and the app always show when the last reading came in, and if the sensor stops reporting you get an alert instead of an old number.

Will it tell me if oil is stolen or leaking?

Yes. If the level drops suddenly, Levly alerts you on the hub and on your phone so you can check straight away, and a slower unexplained drop is flagged as a possible leak. Levly can't stop a theft, but it means you'll know quickly.

What if my internet goes down?

The hub keeps reading the tank, shows your level and sounds its alarm without the internet. The app catches up when your Wi-Fi is back, and Home Assistant and data export work locally, without our cloud.

Can I change the battery, and does that void the warranty?

Yes, you change it yourself, and doing so doesn't void the warranty. The hub and the app tell you when it's time.

How long will it last, and what's the warranty?

Levly comes with a two-year warranty that covers water getting into the sensor, unless it's been damaged or misused. We'll provide software and security updates until at least 30 June 2029.

Can I keep an eye on my parents' tank, or a holiday home?

Yes. More than one person can use the app, so family members can all see the same tank and get its alerts. For a tank at another property, the kit is fitted there, with the hub on that home's Wi-Fi.

Does it work with Home Assistant?

Yes. Levly works with Home Assistant at launch, locally, without needing our cloud.

What does the hub need?

A plug socket indoors and your home Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz, which almost every home router provides). Setup is from the app: plug it in, join your Wi-Fi, pick your tank.

When and where can I buy it?

Do you deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland?
