These terms apply when you use senste.ad. Please read them before you use the site. By using it, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Buying Levly
You can't buy anything on senste.ad itself. We sell Levly through Amazon. When you buy it, the terms shown on Amazon when you order apply to your purchase, not these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Information on the site
Levly isn't on sale yet. Descriptions, specifications, prices and launch dates on this site are for information, and they may change before launch. The price and description shown on Amazon when you order are the ones that apply.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete or current.
Using the site
The site is free to use, for your own personal, non-commercial use. It's aimed at people aged 18 or over in the UK. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law, or for fraud
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system
- attack the site, for example with a denial-of-service attack, or knowingly introduce viruses or other harmful code
- copy or collect content from the site in bulk by automated means, or reuse it commercially, without our written permission
- add false or other people's email addresses to the waitlist
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of interruptions.
Our content and brands
We, or the people who license content to us, own the copyright and other rights in the site and everything on it. Senstead, Levly and their logos are our brands. You may view the site and print or download pages for your own personal use. You may not use our content, brands or logos for any other purpose without our written permission.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites run by others, such as Amazon. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for them or for how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
If you're a consumer, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it's obvious it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you started using the site. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. The site is for domestic and private use, so we're not responsible to you for any loss of profit, business, business opportunity or business interruption.
If you use the site for business, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything on it, to the extent the law allows.
We take reasonable care to keep the site secure, but we can't guarantee it's free from bugs or viruses. You're responsible for protecting your own device, for example with up-to-date software and virus protection.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the site, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If anything on it is hard to use, or you have a suggestion, please email connor.jones@intuera.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you use the site are the ones that apply.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you're a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings about the site in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring them in Scotland or England and Wales, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
If you're a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Other important terms
- If a court decides part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Only you and we have rights under these terms. Nobody else can enforce them.
